TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are RAJ Travel Consultants and we look forward to the opportunity to act as your booking agent for your travel needs. These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to RAJ Travel Consultants and our associates. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a reservation through us or otherwise using our services.
“RAJ Travel Consultants” is acting as intermediary or a "Booking Agent" for products and services that are not directly supplied by us (e.g., air carriage and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. You will be entering into a separate contract with such Suppliers in connection with such products and services. We arrange travel services and sell travel related products on behalf of suppliers such as airlines, tour and cruise operators, car hirers and accommodation providers. In doing so RAJ Travel Consultants gives no warranty nor makes any representation regarding the services to be supplied or the products purchased by you. Your booking will be subject to the terms and conditions applied by the provider of the service or products. You agree that if the travel services or products are not supplied in accordance with your booking your remedy lies with the service provider and not RAJ Travel Consultants.

1. Booking Policy:

Full payments in advance. 50% upon placing the booking and 50% upon getting all confirmations from ourside. Or Full payment in one go to save on the bank charges.

2. OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES

Has to given in writing. 14-3days: 30%. AND 2days before 50%....AND same day cancellation full payment required.

Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender:
Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, NO refund would be there, For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund. And for the services which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

3. Our Liabilities & Limitations:

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

4. Website Information

We take reasonable care in preparing the brochure, price grid, web pages and other documents and in describing the services therein. However, we are not liable for any typographical / printing errors.

Furthermore, contents may be printed several months in advance and the content may not always be fully updated. We therefore ask you to confirm the current information by contacting us.

Please note that the itinerary may have changed. The products and services displayed may have changed. The photos of meals / sightseeing are for reference and may differ from the actual meals / sights. Distance between places and temperatures are approximate and can change depending on travel, road conditions and climatic changes.


5. Change in Tour Itinerary

We reserve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and itineraries before or during the tour. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of such changes / events sufficiently in advance during booking or prior to departure of the tour. If such changes / events incur during the tour, our tour manager or local representative will inform you of the changes on the spot and we solicit your full co - operation in accepting such circumstantial changes. Therefore, no grievance regarding any itinerary / service change which we are constrained to make, will be entertained from the tour participants during or after the tour.

Such changes may be necessitated due to factors beyond our control such as Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, sport events, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights or railway, closure of / restricted entry at a place of sightseeing.

Change in itinerary may also be required or necessitated on account of actions, inactions, defaults or condition of tour participants.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the overall package of services unchanged. However, we shall not be liable to refund any amount or pay any compensation on account of any change in itinerary.

In case the alternate arrangements made are materially superior as compared to the ones you had paid for, we may charge extra for the same at the time of booking or in the course of the tour.

Next of Kin contact:

It is a condition of participating in a RAJ Travel Consultants’ trip for each traveller to supply next of kin contact information. In case of any medical or emergency. A company representative will request this at the start of your tour.

RAJ Travel Consultants reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
